Jacqueline Brown spent 40+ years in the Information Technology and Engineering arenas. She is a serial entrepreneur, certified behavior analyst, ICF accredited coach, best-selling international co-author, transformational speaker, seasoned retreat host and leader, and founder of Revolution Ascension LLC, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to doing the most profound work with professional and executive women at the C-suite level.

Jacqueline’s coaching practice focuses on Divine Feminine principles and diversity for women in leadership. She believes the new era of women’s leadership calls us to step more fully into our role as positive deviants and changemakers. 

She has a passion for revolutionizing today’s women in leadership with a unique message of empowerment and freedom for the masses of women on a level that is not taught in today’s corporate or community environment. She’s spoken, coached, and mentored worldwide, including India, Africa, Dubai, the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, Spain, Antigua, Mexico, Morocco, and Aruba. 

Jacqueline is a phenomenal disrupter, positive deviant, radical change agent, and expert thought leader who provides solutions that free mindsets. She enjoys making this happen with her phenomenal retreats, “Ascend Her” Academy, 1:1 coaching, executive women’s leadership consulting and training, and keynote speaking engagements.

Additionally, Jacqueline is a licensed reverend who enjoys her philanthropy outreach work. Jacqueline is married to Kevin Brown and has a blended family with six adult children, 17 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
