Danyale Davis Laing is an author, IT professional, transformational coach, and entrepreneur. Danyale grew up in the beautiful dogwood state of North Carolina. During her teenage years, Danyale could be found in the one library located in her city, combing through the shelves for romance novels and dreaming of being an aspiring author one day.  Her love of reading and writing led her to study Communications at North Carolina State University. While there, she continued to write, but after college, she desired to explore new opportunities. This led her to move to the Washington, DC metro area and work in the IT field.  Although her dream was deferred, she never forgot her desire to be an author. She is proudly making her dream come true with the release of her first book.  

Danyale currently resides in Northern Virginia with her family. Although she prides herself on being a Southern girl with city girl tendencies, she still calls North Carolina her home. She is an avid multitasker, reader, gardener, traveler, and lover of naps. She is passionate about serving people and can be found volunteering in her local church and community. Her favorite place to write is anywhere warm and tropical, preferably with a chilled glass of southern iced tea  by her side and acoustic jazz playing in the background.
